QUICSEAL 532 Fast Set Screed is a single component, pre-blended, rapid-setting, polymer-modified cementitious mortar consisting of a blend of powders and graded aggregates and special additives to achieve rapid strength gain.
When mixed with water, QUICSEAL 532 becomes a semi-flowable mortar and is easily applied by trowel.
The cured mortar is durable and weather resistant and has excellent adhesion to concrete substrates. Its polymer modification provides good resistance to water, abrasion and impact.
QUICSEAL 532 is ideal for use in for general screeding applications or in areas where a rapid return to service in 2 hours is critical.
Uses
QUICSEAL 532 is ideal for forming screeds on new or existing slabs in interiors or exteriors prior to installing carpet, linoleum, wood, PVC, natural stone, agglormerates, ceramic tiles or other floor coverings where fast drying screeds are required in order to lay flooring in a short time.
Such applications include:
- Forming or repairing screeds where the flooring is required to be completed in a short time, eg. Shopping complexes, supermarkets, residences, shops, etc.
- Forming screeds that are trafficable in 2 hours.
- Screeds that is ready to receive tiling after 24 hours.
