For further great success in ARDEX-QUICSEAL, we are thrilled to announce the new forthcoming merger between our subsidiary companies of ARDEX MANUFACTURING SDN. BHD. and QUIC-SEAL CONSTRUCTION CHEMICALS SDN. BHD. on 1 Aug 2022. The new combined entity will be conducting its business under the new name of ARDEX QUICSEAL MALAYSIA SDN. BHD.

With over 60 years of combined industry experience, we are confident that we can provide even more comprehensive product and system offerings; and foster an even stronger presence in the Malaysian construction chemical building materials sector in the coming years.

The merging of ARDEX and QUIC-SEAL marks a new era of two strong brands in Singapore and Malaysia that will bring an excellent customer experience with a comprehensive product and system solutions to meet the needs of consultants, specifiers, contractors, and distributors with superior technical expertise, training plus research and development in both regions.

We are pleased to announce that our forthcoming merger between ARDEX SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. and QUICSEAL CONSTRUCTION CHEMICALS PTE. LTD. on 1 Jan 2022. The new combined entity will be conducting its business under the new name of ARDEX-QUICSEAL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. at its purpose-built new facilities in the central east district Eunos. With combined ARDEX and QUICSEAL products, systems, and services, we are confident that we can provide even more comprehensive product and system offerings, over 60 years of combined expertise and experience, and enhanced customer services in coming years.

ARDEX SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is a wholly owned subsidiary of the ARDEX Group, Germany. We began manufacturing and being a solution provider of innovative building systems in Singapore since 2002.
