QUICSEAL 128 FLEXCEM is a specially formulated two component, flexible cementitious waterproofing membrane consisting of a special synthetic polymer resin mixed with a blend of powder comprising of cement, well-graded aggregates and special fillers.
When mixed, QUICSEAL 128 becomes a smooth consistent liquid paste, which is easily applied by brush, roller, trowel.
QUICSEAL 128 cures to form a flexible but tough membrane with excellent adhesion to most types of substrate surfaces. Its unique chemical structure provides a breathable membrane that is permeable to water vapour and yet impermeable to water.
